Pizza is a delicious treat with italian origin. The word "pizza" comes, probably, from Naples in the 16th century. Nowadays, pizza and spaghetti are the trademarks of italian food. Italy protects the traditional pizza by law. Various archeological researches state that the round shape of pizza comes from the ancient Persian shouldiers, who bake their bread in their round shields.

Pizza consists of baked dough and mix vegetables or sausages. There are two basic pizza types, the Italian and the American ones. The Italian pizza dough is thin and usually contains a limited number of materials per pizza (more specifically depends on the cook's imagination). The American pizza has a thicker dough and usually contains a variety of materials.

Ballo Cafe invites you, once a week, to enjoy a perfect Italian pizza of thin dough combined with a mixture of fresh vegetables and sausages. The hand-made tomato sauce with fresh basil is seasoning your pizza. The pizza goes in the oven, the cheese melts and the smell spreads throughout Ballo Cafe.
